Welcome to our mobile application (“the App”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App allows users to scan documents, create PDF files, and manage digital documents on their device.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the App to upload, scan, or distribute illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior permission.

3. User Content

Documents scanned or created using the App remain the responsibility of the user.

All scanned files are stored locally on your device. We do not access or store your documents on external servers.

You are responsible for managing and backing up your files.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.

Subscription details:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings.

We do not collect or store payment information.

5. Advertising

The App may display advertisements using third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

These services may collect device identifiers and usage information to display relevant advertisements.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services to improve functionality and performance, including:

• Google AdMob – for advertising
• Firebase – for analytics and crash reporting
• RevenueCat – for subscription management

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruptions or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Loss of documents or files
• Device failures or technical issues
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the App and these Terms at any time to improve functionality or comply with legal requirements.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected and used.
